By using our services or products offered on our website and WhatsApp platform , you are agreeing to accept all the terms & conditions as described bellow .
Service & Product :
Presently we are offering following services which may be modified or discontinued or introduce new services with serving prior notice to you.
1. Creating and hosting Local Pages which which will cover all the information of a particular village or area .
2. Creating and hosting Personal Page for Individual / Small Firm / Shop for his or her personal causes .
3. Maintaing and Provide Database Management and Data Backup for Individual / Small Firm / Small Shops .
4. Provide different type support on Freelancing Mode such PDF or Image to Excel manual conversion , preparation of electrical estimates and bills etc.
5. Digitalized processes using WhatsApp communication
All the services providing you or our clients are purely contractual basis and executed with the help of our different Freelancers . Those Freelancers are not our employee . So, any Clients or Users should not share their personal or financial information with them and also should not maintain direct contact with them , if any user is doing so it is his/her sole discretion and We S&S Technology Services or www.PEEB.in will not be responsible for any type of loss or damages may occur to them.
You may see different other services or advertisements on www.PEEB.in , availing of them is your sole discretion , will not be liable for that .
Registration :
Getting registered in www.PEEB.in is mandatory if user want to avail the facility of this website , otherwise registration is voluntary . User may avail services as said above through freelancing mode using WhatsApp communication system .
User must share their self attached documents as mentioned in Registration Page from opening account . Any wrong information or improper documents submission may cause to rejection his/her registration process .
The Registration process is a closed system , user must have to send request through WhatsApp with authenticate documents to get User Id and Password .
Fees & Charges
Before sending any task or assignment through WhatsApp, it is user responsibility to check the fees and charges for that particular task or assignment . We may also communicate the charges for that particular task or assignment. We may increase or decrease the fees and charges time to time with or without serving prior notice to user . Payments
Payments in any other mode except QR Based , UPI Based payment are not acceptable . The Payment should be done in advance for each work or assignment . After work payment is not allowed . Keeping the record of payment documents are user responsibility . We will also update payment details in your account and will be available for viewing under Payment Tab.
Refund & Cancellation Policy :
Refund
We will not refund any amount which was paid to us for availing any service or proposed work in any means . Registration fees is for one time payment for getting registered in
www.PEEB.in . Subscription fees is for keeping your Database up to date and Data Back up with view , print facilities . All other charges are variable which depends on yor particular and single work like image to excel conversion of a particular consumer list or estimate or bill . These all fees or charges one paid will not be refunded. All the payment must be paid in advance before starting the work .
If we failed to complete your task , we will refund your money paid to us for that particular task in the source account within 24 Hrs .
Cancellation : Once a job assign to us with advance payment , no cancellation of the assessment will be allowed .
On failing the renew your Subscription , the access to this website
www.PEEB.in will be denied and after not renewing the Subscription within "one week " from the expiry of last Subscription , your account will be cancelled . However you will be able to send us your work or assignment by paying payment for the particular work or assignment only through WhatsApp .
Accuracy of Data :
We have engaged our expert team to maintain and update database at www.peeb.in more accurately . Providing accurate data with good quality service is our top most priority . It is client responsibility to provide accurate data for preparation of estimate , bills and maintaining Database in our system . Incomplete , misleading and wrong data provided by in conscious or unconscious mind may lead to unhealthy and inaccurate Database for which we will not be responsible . It is your responsibility to inform us for any correction in Database or in estimate and billings.
Privacy Policies :
User Role : It is user responsibility to keep login credentials safe and secure. So, our clients are requested , please do not share you login details such as User Id and Password with any one . If some malpractices happened with your data , we

In that case , it is your responsibility to inform us and sending request for a new Password .
Our Role We the

www.PEEB.in do not share your data with anyone in any circumstances without serving you prior notice on legal ground .
We have adopted QR based and UPI based payment system for all type of payments to keep payment process more secure . Also we do not store or track any banking details during payment.
Limitation of Liabilities :
We ,S&S Technology Services or www.PEEB.in will not be liable for any data loss due to your negligence in keep your login credentials , shared data safe and secure . We will not be liable for any money transfer to wrong person , It is your duty to check and verify our banking details such as receiver details before sending us any money for any service. We will not be liable in any means for your wrongly shared data through WhatsApp . We will not be liable for any refund against pending or failed transaction .
Dispute Resolution :
For payment dispute such as money deducted from your bank account but not received at our end , please wait for 24 Hrs. or Contact your Bank.
For service related dispute , please wait for 24 Hrs. after raising your dispute through email or WhatsApp to get resolved .
